What we collect
When you send an order or a message, we collect what you enter: business name and type, your name, phone number, email, delivery address and date, the products and quantities you order, and any mobile money transaction ID or notes you add.
How we use it
Only to handle your order or message: to confirm it, invoice you, take payment, deliver and contact you about it. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
Who processes it for us
Our website and its forms are hosted by Netlify. Payments are handled by your bank, and by your mobile network for mobile money payments. Each handles your data under its own privacy terms.
In your browser
The order page keeps your quantities and payment reference in your browser's session storage so they carry from page to page. This is cleared when you close the browser. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 of Uganda, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where the law allows.
