Orders
You can order through our order page or by phone. An order is accepted when we confirm it to you with the amount and the delivery date. The minimum order is 200 kg per delivery, placed by the day before delivery.
Prices and VAT
Prices are trade prices in Uganda shillings as listed on this website on the date shown. Pork sausages carry 18% VAT. Fresh pork and carcass are listed at 0% VAT. Prices can change; the amount in your order confirmation is the amount you pay. Delivery charges, if any, are confirmed with your order.
Payment
We accept bank transfer for any amount, quoting the payment reference shown with your order, and mobile money for payments up to UGX 5,000,000 per transaction. Payment due date: to be determined.
We never change our bank details by phone or message. If you are asked to pay into a different account, call us before paying.
Delivery
We deliver chilled within Kampala and the surrounding areas. Delivery dates are confirmed with your order.
Problems with an order
If anything is wrong with a delivery, follow our refunds and returns policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
